Arrival:

Your stems arrive carefully wrapped in a fully recyclable box. To ensure a snug fit, some stems may be gently bent during packing - simply straighten them upon arrival + begin getting creative - this is the fun part.

Stems will arrive in varied lengths to allow for natural, layered styling. Some may need some gentle bending to nestle beautifully into shallower pots or vases. If needed, stems can also be trimmed with wire cutters for a tailored fit. We prefer to not pre-cut stems so your arrangements can be use across vases of different shapes and sizes. 

You can shape your design as wild or as refined as you like. Keep stems closer together for a compact, structured feel - or let them stretch wide to the edges for a looser, more untamed look.

Occasionally, stems may vary due to seasonal or stock changes. Rest assured, any substitutions will match the style and palette, with the same number of stems guaranteed.

Dimensions:
Stems come in varied lengths. Once styled, your arrangement may reach 50–70cm tall and wide. Final size depends on your styling—whether kept compact or styled loose and wild—and the vessel you choose.

Our faux florals are crafted using a blend of high-quality artificial foliage and Real Touch flowers, made from silk, fabric, and polymer for a lifelike feel. Stems are built on flexible wired plastic or resin-coated bases, allowing natural shape, movement, and easy styling.

Keep your florals away from direct air conditioning or heat sources.
Gently dust with a soft cloth or use a hairdryer on a cool setting. No water is needed - simply shape, style, and enjoy.

Handle with care if trimming stems + seal the cut ends with a dab of hot glue to cover any sharp wire and protect your hands and vessels.

Our Luxe pieces are designed to make a statement - ideal for dining tables, entrance tables, or kitchen islands.
Our Luxe arrangements can also be separated into two smaller vases, offering versatility without losing their charm.

You can use any suitable vase you already love at home - but if you would like to pair your arrangement with one of our unique handcrafted pots or vessels, you can explore our Vessels collection + add your chosen artisan piece to your order. All arrangements are compatible with our vessels.

Some stems may need a gentle bend to sit perfectly in shallower pots - yet not so much bending for taller pots. For best styling, we recommend:

Classic arrangements - taller, narrower vases (Artisan Ember Vessel) or shorter (Artisan Earth Vessel)

Luxe arrangements - Artisan Earth Vessel or more sizable pots (Claywell Round Vessel)
