This website is operated by Ivy and Silk FZ LLC, a UAE-registered business based in Dubai. “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to Ivy and Silk FZ LLC. By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and any linked policies (including our Privacy Policy and the Returns section below). If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

ELIGIBILITY AND ACCEPTABLE USE

PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY
Our faux and dried floral designs are hand-crafted, often made to order, and limited in quantity. Products may differ slightly from photos due to their handcrafted nature. Stems may at times be replaced if not in season / stock. We will replace with a same value stem which compliments the overall design. We reserve the right to refuse orders, limit sales, adjust pricing, or discontinue products at any time.

We strive for accurate product descriptions, prices, and availability, but may correct errors or update information without notice. Please ensure your account details are correct and kept up to date.

We may provide access to third-party tools or links “as is”, without warranties, and used at your own risk. We are not responsible for third-party content, practices, or services.
